Former AG Predicts Charges of Obstruction

During an interview with Bill Maher, former Attorney General Eric Holder said there is an ‘obstruction of justice case that already exists’ and predicts that Mueller will charge Trump with obstruction. Holder argues that Mueller already has a case, but that he is working on making it stronger:

This counter-argument that you can’t charge a president with obstruction of justice that the Right will trot out in the face of any charges is exactly why we need to be patient with Mueller, and likely why Mueller is trying to make the case as “good as possible”.

In the face of an open-and-shut obstruction case, the only counter-argument that can be made is “hey, you’re not allowed to do that”. It’s telling that Fox News is already promoting that angle. It’s pretty clear to everyone, even those at Fox News, that the evidence against Trump is damning.
